NOVEMBER 21, 2025, WEST DUNDEE, III. - The Dundee Township Republican Organization Executive Board consisting of the duly elected Chairman Humberto Garcia, Vice Chairwoman Jennifer McGuire, Secretary Mike Bourbon and Treasurer Joe Connell issued a unanimous statement today Friday, November 21, 2025 following the appropriate decision made by the Kane County Officers Electoral Board to keep our very own DTRO appointed member Cindy Ignoffo on the March 17, 2026 Republican Primary ballot in Dundee Precinct 1.

Incumbent Dundee 1 Committeeman Pamela Carr Hagerman's unethical and vindictive objection filed with the Kane County Clerk and the Kane County Officers Electoral Board against fellow DTRO member's precinct committeeman nomination papers filed by Republican Cindy Ignoffo warrants admonishment by our DTRO Executive Board and many other Republican PCs of Dundee Township.

Hagerman chose to waste organization time, resources, as well as thousands of tax payer dollars to file her frivolous objection to Ignoffo's legal and duly collected petition signatures to be on the primary ballot next year.

Today, the Kane Electoral Board sided with Ignoffo and the voters in Dundee precinct 1 and ensured that our Republican voters in that precinct will not be disenfranchised.

Cindy Ignoffo, a solid hard working Republican, will be on the top of the ballot for the committeeman race in Dundee 1 on the Republican Primary Ballot.

To clarify, Hagerman's frivolous objection to Ignoffo running for Dundee 1 precinct committeeman was clearly filed for Hagerman's self-serving rationale, which was so that Hagerman would not have to contend with her bad record as a committeeman in that precinct. Hagerman also has not attended any DTRO meetings in years, which also shows dereliction to the voters in Dundee 1.

The entire Board of DTRO, along with several of our PCs, applaud the Kane Electoral Board for their appropriate decision to keep Ignoffo on the top of the ballot in our Republican primary and allow the Republican voters to then have the opportunity to choose at the ballot box whom they want as their elected committeeman.

The entire Board of DTRO wholeheartedly rejects Hagerman's attempt to abuse the objection system as a weapon and means to prevent a primary she wanted to avoid. The DTRO board will never support any politician who thinks that it's ok to deprive voters of their right to have a choice on the ballot.

Further, the DTRO Executive Board applauds and supports Cindy Ignoffo's successful win today at the decision hearing held at the Kane County Clerk's office which means Ignoffo remains on the ballot.

Also, the Dundee Township Republican Executive Board officially offers its unanimous public endorsement of Cindy Ignoffo for precinct committeewoman in Dundee 1 this March 17, 2026.

We also thank the Republican Dundee Township PCs who helped stand up for Cindy Ignoffo and the voters in Dundee 1 when their own Dundee 1 elected committeeman Hagerman would not.
